As soon as you think of Japan, you will probably think of Tokyo. The capital of Japan is world famous for its whimsicality, its craziness, its big city madness and at the same time for its beauty.

Besides sights like the Tokyo Skytree, the fascinating Sensoji temple, the crowded Shibuya crossing, the world-famous Tokyo Tower or the Zojoji temple, the city alone is probably the biggest highlight.
Of course, you should take some time to get up close and personal with the typical sights as you please. But don’t miss to take at least as much time to just feel the feeling of this city in your veins.
If you’ve seen enough of the big city of Tokyo, the city is ideal for making a few day trips to nearby places. My big highlight, and probably also your favorite after your visit, is the view of Mount Fuji from Chureito Pagoda. Also really nice for a more sensual and harmonious day is to take a day trip to Kamakura and enjoy the beautiful temples there.
You’ll love it!
No matter which side of Tokyo you prioritize, you should definitely experience both! This is the only way to get an authentic insight into everyday life in Japan.
By walking around Tokyo you will see and experience even more unforgettable details that will remain in your memory forever. Be it the countless manga, the differently dressed Japanese in everyday life, the colorful advertisements all around you and the incredibly loving Japanese.
A nation that is probably nowhere else in the world to be found to this extent. Boundlessly helpful and at the same time shy, they always have a smile for you. As a guest in their country they try everything to make sure that you have an indescribably beautiful and unforgettable vacation. Besides the sometimes whimsical side of Tokyo, there is also the very Buddhist and cultural side. Two worlds that clash and yet do not come unexpectedly.
