Renting a campervan and traveling around Australia

Renting a campervan and traveling around Australia this way was the best decision we could have made. 🚐
There is nothing more wonderful than wide roads, open space, wind in your hair, beautiful nature and the freedom you feel on a road trip. 🛣️
This car was our home for two months. The bed was small, but quite comfortable. Nights sometimes cold and sometimes all too hot. Cooking in such a small space can be challenging, and sometimes things got overcooked, but it still tasted wonderful, especially when we were able to eat it at a picnic table, enjoying the gorgeous surroundings. 🌿
This two-month adventure was one of the most wonderful we could have dreamed of. 💭
We longingly return to those moments spent in this old and small car, and if we could go on this adventure again, we would not hesitate for a moment. 🧳
And just because it ended doesn’t mean it won’t continue in the near or distant future. Australia wait for us! 🦘🐨🇦🇺🌏

Coming back to reality is not always easy, especially after two years on the road. Although we have to admit that it went quite easily for us. 🤗
We spent the first month after our return adjusting to the weather 😅 and looking for a job, which also came quite easily and we were both able to start a new chapter at the beginning of January. 🗓️
The next step was to look for an apartment, here it was already more difficult, but we also succeeded! And although we still live with Igor’s parents, we are planning to move in two weeks. 😃
I guess that’s it for now from the chapter titled “what’s up with us?”
